Online Home Inspection Software
Just as every home inspector does not perform their inspection services equally, the inspection software, and the report it produces is not created equal either.

The design and navigation of the software is very similar to a website, that should not be a big surprised since it is web based. There is a navigation bar at the left side showing all your sections and tabs and buttons along the top to guide you to different areas of the report and software. Even the PC software which is for inspecting without any Internet service has the same design, for continuity.

Every single Item, Section, Comment, Issue, Remark, and Note can be renamed, moved to a different order, totally changed, or deleted just for that report or for all your future reports. We said this earlier, but it worth repeating, the customization capabilities are incredible.

 

Tablet - Droid - I Pad
The tablet, what a great way to enter your findings as you
conduct your inspection. As long as you have 3G or 4G service
available on your Droid or I Pad you can accomplish the entire

If you have a PC based computer device (ie: tablet, e-book, or laptop) you can perform an inspection or multiple inspections without the need for Internet access in the field. Inspection Scheduler
Scheduling an inspection is easy, you can use your smart phone, tablet, laptop PC to access your online software and fill
out the inspection information. Enter as little or as much information you have, then select Save, and your new inspection is started.
It will now show in your inspection list, and in your Google calendar - if you have set one up for your inspection schedule.

Every time you enter a new inspection and select save, your Google calendar will show the new inspection information.

your inspection information is entered into your online account. This also includes a link to Google Maps, just click on any one of the
3 sample scheduled inspections in the below calendar to see. Also observe how the scheduled inspections look in the calendar
viewing them in Week, versus Month.
